Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 14 fl oz) Unsweetened Organic Coconut Cream (Make sure it's full fat!)
- 1/2 cup Cocobrio Organic Coconut Sugar
Prep:
Chill the coconut cream in the fridge overnight.
Chill a large mixing bowl for 15 minutes before whipping.
Directions:
1. Remove the coconut cream from the fridge without shaking or tipping. Scoop the cream out and leave the water in the can. Place the cream in the chilled mixing bowl.
2. Beat the coconut cream until it's creamy. Add the coconut sugar in the bowl and beat until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
3. Use immediately or refrigerate. Keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
